- Remote Troubleshooting for MAC and Windows Computers
- Onsite Troubleshooting
Our Recommendations
A modern computer can be an incredibly expensive and complex device that requires constant maintenance. Our support team has found that most people simply do not need all of the functionality of a Windows PC or MAC. The last few years have given rise to a much less complex and less expensive "thin client" computer. We recommend computers running Chrome OS & Google applications such as Google Docs, Sheets & Pixlr Photo
Pros: Simple, secure, fast, inexpensive & nearly bulletproof. By design, all files are stored in the cloud (web) and accessible from any device. Cons: Chrome OS cannot run traditional Windows applications such as MS Word, Excel or Adobe Photoshop (Although most files can be converted) Detail: Chrome OS is a simple, secure and inexpensive alternative to Mac and Windows

Do It Yourself
We recommend lynda.com for tutorials and videos for troubleshooting Mac & Windows computers and their applications. Type in your computer operating system (Windows 7, Mac OSX Mountain Lion, etc) or application name (MS Word, Photoshop) in the lynda.com search bar and select appropriate course. Lynda.com also has tutorials for Google Applications: Chrome OS, Chrome Browser, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Sites, etc. Note: If you are considering switching to a Chrome OS computer you can first download and install the Chrome Browser, create a Google account, even upload and convert your existing files to Google Drive (for free) from your Mac or Windows computer. This will give you an idea of the capabilities and limitations before spending any money.
